Naveen Kumar

Naveen Kumar, FRM®, currently serves as the Prudential Risk Monitoring Senior Manager at Shawbrook Bank since April 2024. Prior to this role, Naveen was the Prudential and Operational Risk Manager at Bank of Baroda UK, providing oversight under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime. Naveen has extensive experience in risk management, having worked as Risk Manager at Punjab National Bank International Limited, where responsibilities included team leadership and preparation of key regulatory documents. Prior roles at Punjab National Bank involved heading a branch with a significant portfolio and leading projects focused on credit risk management solutions. Naveen holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from Rajendra Agricultural University.
