Omar El-Faramawi

Omar Faramawi is an experienced finance professional with a comprehensive background in sales and business development within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Head of External Sales in both Digital SME Lending and Asset Finance Intermediary at Shawbrook Bank since September 2017, Omar has previously held positions such as Business Development Director and Broker Development Manager in the same area. Prior to Shawbrook Bank, positions included Senior Consultant at White Oak, Asset Finance Advisor at AIB, and Relationship Manager roles at NatWest and Lombard. Omar began a career in finance with Lloyds Banking Group and Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from King's College London.
