Kevin Hosie

Kevin Hosie, AC, currently serves as a Project Manager at Shawmut Design and Construction since April 2024, having previously held the same title at Flatiron Project Management, LLC from August 2023 to March 2024. Hosie's extensive experience at Shawmut Design and Construction includes roles as Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, CMST - Assistant Superintendent, CMST - Safety Officer, CMST - Assistant Project Manager, and CMST - Assistant Estimator from June 2017 to July 2023. Early career experience includes a Field Operations Intern position at Kulbacks General Contractor, Inc. in 2016, where foundational skills in grading and excavation were developed, and an internship as a Project Administrator at Shawmut Design and Construction in the summer of 2015, which involved ensuring project readiness and managing subcontractor documentation. Hosie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Norwich University, obtained in 2017.
