Marianne Monte

Marianne Monte currently serves as the Chief People and Administration Officer and Chief People Officer at Shawmut Design and Construction. Previously, Marianne held the position of Council Member on the Post Secondary Board of Education for the State of Rhode Island and served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Gordon School. Marianne's extensive experience in human resources includes roles such as VP of Human Resources for Business Partnership and HR Service Delivery at The Hanover Insurance Group and Vice President of Human Resources at Chaucer Group in London. Marianne holds a degree in Executive Coaching from Baruch College and is currently pursuing education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
