Shawn Duhamel

Shawn Duhamel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public service and advocacy. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Mass Retirees Association since September 2019, Shawn leads one of the largest grassroots lobbying organizations in Massachusetts, catering to over 52,000 members. In addition to this role, Shawn acts as a Senior Advisor at Shawmut Strategies Group and CK Strategies, focusing on lobbying and strategic consulting. As CEO of Old Colony Group, Shawn specializes in political campaign consulting and digital media strategies. Previous experience includes serving as a Retirement Board Member for the Town of Plymouth and holding the position of Legislative & Communications Director at the Retired State, County and Municipal Employees Association of Massachusetts. Shawn's background also includes roles in digital media and legislative assistance, along with significant contributions to the Massachusetts Association of Contributory Retirement Systems. Shawn's educational background includes studies at Suffolk University and Plymouth North.
