MacKenna Heath

Mackenna Heath is an accomplished food scientist with extensive experience in the food industry and education. Currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist and Product Development Food Scientist at Shawnee Milling Company since June 2018, Mackenna previously worked as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent and a Teachers Assistant in Organic Chemistry at Texas Woman's University from May 2015 to June 2018. Early career experience includes a role as a Cashier at Tom Thumb from May 2012 to July 2014. Mackenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Sciences from Texas Woman's University (2014-2018) and is pursuing a Master of Science in Food Science at Kansas State University, expected to be completed in December 2024.
