Mackenna Heath is an accomplished food scientist with extensive experience in the food industry and education. Currently serving as a Senior Food Technologist and Product Development Food Scientist at Shawnee Milling Company since June 2018, Mackenna previously worked as an Assistant Golf Course Superintendent and a Teachers Assistant in Organic Chemistry at Texas Woman's University from May 2015 to June 2018.
