Carol Doyle

Carol Doyle is an accomplished retail professional with extensive buying and management experience. Currently serving as a Group Buyer at Shaws Department Stores since May 2022, Carol previously held the position of Buyer at the same company from October 2017 to February 2019, overseeing purchasing for 12 stores and mentoring junior team members. Prior to that, as Purchasing and Stock Control Manager at Fashion House from June 2010 to January 2017, Carol played a key role in senior management, implementing strategies that improved efficiency and reduced stock levels while increasing gross margin. Carol’s career also includes significant achievements as Buying Director at Ladybird, where responsibilities included establishing the franchise in ROI and expanding store presence from one to twelve locations. Previous experience includes working as an Assistant Buyer at Primark. Carol's education was completed at Presentation Convent Sr. Sec. School from 1978 to 1983.
