Burcu Çetin started their career in 2004 as an HR Recruitment and Career Management Assistant Specialist at Fortis Bank. Burcu later became an HR Planning, Projects, and System Management Supervisor from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Fortis Bank again as an HR Reward, Compensation & Benefits, and Planning Supervisor. From 2009 to 2019, they worked at QNB Finansbank as an HR Planning and Strategy Management Manager. In 2019, they joined Alshaya Group Türkiye as a Human Resources Manager, then became a Senior Human Resources Manager in 2020, and eventually became the Head of HR in 2022.
Burcu Çetin earned a Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Economics from Istanbul University between 2000 and 2004.
