Andrew Carriline has a diverse range of work experience in the financial services industry, as well as in the areas of human rights and democratic partnerships. Andrew has held various non-executive director and advisory roles in companies such as Kina Securities, Bluestone Group, Shaype, nCino Inc., Human Rights Law Centre, International Centre for Democratic Partnerships (ICDP), Rich Data Corporation, Arctic Intelligence, and Westpac Bank. In addition, they have served as Chairman of Westpac Bank (PNG) Limited and General Manager of Banking Industry Initiatives at Westpac Group. Andrew has demonstrated expertise in risk management, audit, financial services innovation, and human rights advocacy.
Andrew Carriline obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree from UNSW, studying from 1978 to 1982. Andrew later completed a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, earning a GAICD certification. Andrew also received accreditation as a Co-Facilitator (High) level in "Facilitating Transformation through Values: Self" from Corporate Evolution. Andrew also attended INSEAD, focusing on Value Creation for Owners and Directors, although the degree obtained is not specified.
