Urvashi O. started their work experience as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Vodafone, India in 2008. Urvashi then worked as an Assistant Manager at Citibank N.A. from 2009 to 2012. After that, they joined Ing Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) as a Relationship Manager - Wealth from 2013 to 2014. Urvashi then worked as a Store Manager at Vodafone from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they became a Personal Banking Consultant at ANZ, where they worked until 2017. Urvashi then joined Westpac as a Reconciliation Analyst (Team Member) from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are working as an Operations Specialist at Shaype since 2022.

Urvashi O. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree from Jai Narain Vyas University between 2002 and 2005. Urvashi then pursued a Post Graduate Program in Executive Leadership (PGPEL) with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General at SCMLD from 2007 to 2009.
