Mike Helland

Mike Helland is an accomplished technology and operations professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Microsoft Technology Manager and Computer Operations Manager at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc. since March 2017, Mike also works as a Business Consultant at Piper Capital Holdings LLC. Prior positions include Value Stream Supervisor at Andersen Corporation and Operations Manager at Citi, where tenure lasted from May 2006 to February 2016. Mike's early career included roles such as Unit Manager at Citi, Department Head at Pella Corporation, and Sonar Technician 2nd Class in the US Navy. Mike holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics, an MBA, and a BA in Business Management, along with an Associate degree in Business from North Iowa Area Community College. Currently, Mike is pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Iowa.
