Sugandha Kapoor

Sugandha Kapoor has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Co-founder and CEO of Shaztra since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Oracle from 2014 to 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Principal Product Manager, Senior Principal Applications Engineer, and Principal Applications Engineer. Sugandha also has experience as the Co-Founder and Product Manager at AppInitio Labs from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they worked at Oracle as a Principal Applications Engineer from 2008 to 2013.

Sugandha Kapoor completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell. Sugandha attended this institution from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their undergraduate degree, Sugandha also obtained two additional certifications. In 2018, they earned a Product Management Certificate (PMC) from the Product School, and in 2021, they completed an Executive Certificate in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.
