She Is The Music
Stella Braune is a dedicated professional currently serving as a College Ambassador for Stella Is The Music since August 2024, where Stella founded and leads a Stella Is U chapter, focusing on empowering women in the music industry and fostering a supportive community at SCAD. Previous experience includes an internship at Rival Entertainment from January to May 2025 and a role as Process Book and Presentation Lead for a SCADpro sponsored course with Deloitte from January to March 2025, where Stella developed marketing concepts for a governmental health agency. Additionally, Stella worked as a Keyholder at Paper Source from December 2022 to December 2024. Stella is pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising at Savannah College of Art and Design, expected to graduate in May 2026, after completing a diploma at Centennial High School in May 2022.

She Is The Music
In January 2018, the USC Annenberg Inclusion Initiative released a study on the music industry revealing a six-year low for female creators in popular music. She Is The Music actively seeks to close this gap by increasing opportunity and visibility for women currently working in music, as well as developing the next generation of women to join the industry and seek leadership roles. As an umbrella nonprofit, we also provide resources and support for female-focused initiatives that are working to create meaningful change. She Is The Music currently holds some of the most successful all-female song-writing camps, with each camp hosted around an established artist. We have created a database which is the industry’s ‘official’ and most comprehensive directory of women working in music, and we also provide a mentorship program, currently in partnership with Step Up.
