Jen Denton

Jen Denton has a long history of entrepreneurship and leadership. Jen began their career in 1998 as Co-Founder of 'ino wine bar and cafe in Manhattan, where they were credited with pioneering the panini trend. Jen developed a menu of Italian small plates and panini, as well as an award-winning wine program. Jen also managed hiring and training of staff, developed employee manuals, and oversaw HR and payroll.

In 2005, Jen co-founded Blow, the first blow dry bar concept to hit the US market. Jen was actively involved in every aspect of the business from concept to the company's eventual sale in 2011. Jen was instrumental in building the brand, managing retail build outs, staff development, establishing a loyal clientele, and creating the Blow Pro hair care line.

In 2015, Jen joined SHE Media as Senior Vice President of BlogHer. Jen was responsible for mission-driven corporate initiatives and communities such as The Pitch and Hatch. Jen also created digital content and live events to grow these brands and build community.

Jen Denton graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. In June 2019, they obtained a 1 Giant Mind Certified Meditation Teacher certification from 1 Giant Mind.
