Kilian Ridder

Kilian Ridder is currently serving as a Business Operations Coordinator at SHE Media, where responsibilities include assisting with book launch events and editorial photo and video shoots. Additionally, Kilian works as a Production Assistant at 811media and as a Production Intern at Laughing Buddha Comedy. Prior experience includes leadership roles at the Cal Alumni Association at UC Berkeley, including Team Leader and Staff positions, as well as roles in education as a Language and Culture Teacher at CIEE and an intern at San Luis Obispo County Drug and Alcohol Services. As the Club President and Co-Founder of the Women in Film and Television (WIFT) chapter at Cal Poly, Kilian established a supportive community for aspiring entertainment professionals. Other internships include the San Luis Obispo International Film Festival and participation in the establishment of a robotics mentorship program for primary students. Kilian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
