Julia Panas

Julia Panas is currently working as a Mentee at Julia Runs It. Previously, Julia held the role of Business Development Coordinator at The Mixx. In this role, Julia optimized workflow systems for new business operations and supported the development of timelines, budgets, and resources. Julia also founded and directed an Intern Program in 2020, personally recruiting, hiring, and training 14 interns. Julia led a team in creating a virtual event in 2021 and has experience in event organization, merchandising, and design. With a background in brand representation and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Julia has a strong foundation in various areas of the business world.
