Brian Radvany

Brian Radvany is an Investment Banking Analyst at Shea & Company since August 2023, previously serving as a Summer Analyst at the same firm in June to August 2022. Radvany led the Villanova Men's Rowing team as Captain from September 2022 to May 2023, competing against Division I teams. Prior experience includes a technology internship at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, where Radvany managed content migration and integrated software solutions. Radvany also worked as Head Counselor for a rowing camp and interned with Lyneer Staffing Solutions in IT support. Radvany holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Villanova University, attended from 2019 to 2023, and completed studies at Princeton Day School from 2015 to 2019.
