Jason Korengold

Jason Korengold is a seasoned professional in industrial development and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Shea Properties since January 2020, where leadership responsibilities include strategizing and sourcing deals across California markets. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Director of Development at Conor Commercial Real Estate and Director of Acquisitions at Turner Real Estate Investments, focusing on market feasibility, relationship building, and acquisition of distressed commercial properties across multiple states. Jason began a career in real estate as a Project Manager at Makar Properties, conducting comprehensive research to forecast potential development projects.
