Landon Browning

Landon Browning has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Landon started their career in 1989 as a Project Engineer at Sverdrup Corporation and later moved to Parsons Brinkerhoff as a Project Engineer. In 1993, they joined DASSE Design as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects until 1996. Afterwards, Browning joined DeSimone Consulting Engineers as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed the design and construction of significant development projects. In 2001, they became a Sole Proprietor at Browning Consultants for a few years before joining Lennar Urban in 2004. At Lennar Urban, Browning worked as a Financial Analyst and later as an Acquisition Manager, responsible for land investments and the planning and construction of residential and multifamily developments. Finally, in 2014, Browning joined Shea Properties as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development.
