Rebecca Tejada

Rebecca Tejada, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in water and wastewater systems. Since September 2025, Rebecca has been serving as the Vice President and General Manager of Special Districts at Shea Properties. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Director of Engineering and Senior Project Manager at Parker Water & Sanitation District from July 2013 to September 2025. Earlier career contributions include serving as a Senior Project Engineer at IDModeling, a Client Service Manager at MWH Soft, and a program engineer at MWH. Rebecca began a career in water resources engineering at Tetra Tech from February 2000 to February 2005. Educationally, Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan, earned in 1999.
