Terralyn Schwartz is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in development finance. As the Controller at Shea Properties, Terralyn oversees financial operations and reporting. Prior to this role, Terralyn served as Senior Manager of Development Finance at The Irvine Company from 1997 to 2005, where responsibilities included managing financial aspects of development projects. Terralyn holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from California Baptist University.
