Anh Do

Anh Do is a quality and food safety manager with over 18 years of experience in the food industry. They have held significant roles at companies such as Mars, where they developed and managed a team of quality associates, ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000 standards. Previously, at Nestlé Purina North America, Anh served as an R&D Formulation Specialist and later as a SAP QM/QA Business Analyst, leading successful implementations and training initiatives. Currently, they serve as a Senior Quality & Food Safety Manager at Shearer's Foods while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at both the University of North Florida and the University of Florida.
