Daniela Vonghia

Daniela Vonghia has extensive experience in the food manufacturing industry. Daniela is currently working as the Vice President of Operations at Shearer's Snacks. Prior to this, they held the role of VP Manufacturing Cake & Donuts at Weston Foods from 2019 to 2021. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Campbell Soup Company, holding various positions including VP East Region Manufacturing, VP Supply Chain Business Development, Senior Director Business Ops and Contract Mfg, Director Demand Driven Supply & Business Integration, and Plant Manager. Prior to joining Campbell Soup Company, they worked at Campbell Company of Canada as the Operations Manager, where they demonstrated strong leadership in all aspects of canned soup and aseptic operations. Daniela also worked at Campbell Europe as the Operations and Technical Manager. Daniela began their career at Nabisco Canada as an R&D Food Scientist, where they conducted research, designed and developed various food products.

Daniela Vonghia completed their Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto in the years 1992 to 1996. Prior to this, they attended the University of Toronto Schools from 1989 to 1992.
