Joe Super

Joe Super has a strong background in sales and leadership roles. Joe started their career at Conagra Brands as a Sales Representative and Account Manager. Joe then progressed through various positions at Sara Lee Food and Beverage, including Director of Customer Marketing, Director of Albertson's Team, and Senior Director at Supervalu. Joe later joined Land O'Frost as the Vice President of Sales, where they led the customer organization and strategy design. Currently, they are working at Shearer's Foods as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Category Leadership, responsible for revenue, trade, and profitability for customers. Throughout their career, Joe has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive growth and transform organizations.

Joe Super attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2020, where they completed the Executive Program in High Performance Negotiation Skills with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Management from Western Michigan University between 1989 and 1993.
