Michael Bolig

Michael Bolig is an experienced maintenance management professional with a diverse background in reliability consulting and maintenance services. Currently serving as the Owner and Operator of Full Armor Reliability since February 2024, Michael previously held the position of Maintenance Manager at Shearer's Foods from November 2022 to February 2024. Additionally, Michael was the Owner and Principal Consultant for Full Armor Reliability Consulting from November 2019 to November 2022. Other roles include Sr. Planner Maintenance Services at AM/NS Calvert and CMMS Specialist at Volvo Cars Charleston Plant. Michael’s education includes a high school diploma from Middleburg High School and a certificate in Environmental Control from SUN Area Vocational Technical School.
