Lee Shelton

Lee Shelton has over 40 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry. Lee is currently a Partner and Director of Sales at Shear Frac Group, LLC, where they are responsible for optimizing completions technology to deliver better wells and reduce costs. Prior to this, they were a Co-Owner at Scout Services, LLC. Lee also served as the Manager of Business Development at SCM E&P Solutions, Inc. and worked in Business Development at Knowledge Reservoir. Lee began their career at Exxon Exploration Company in 1976, where they held the position of Division Supervisor in the Scouting Department and also served as the HR Training & Development Coordinator.

Lee Shelton attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1971 to 1976. During this time, they pursued a Master of Science degree, but the field of study is not specified.
