Nicholas Saweczko

Nicholas Saweczko has a range of work experience. Nicholas began as a Warehouse Worker & Forklift Operator at PepsiCo from May 2019 to August 2021. At the Graduate Science Centre, Faculty of Science, they worked as a Communications Assistant from January 2022 to August 2022. During this time, their responsibilities included developing rapport with students and faculty, coordinating communication via email, and assisting with visitor inquiries. At the University of Calgary, they held multiple roles, including Research Assistant from January 2023 to April 2023, where they refined data analysis protocols and prepared technical documentation. Nicholas also served as a Learning Assistant and Reader Demonstrator for astronomy courses, assisting with exam preparation, teaching non-science students astronomy, and providing feedback on assignments. Currently, they are working as a Junior Operations Analyst at ShearFRAC® from April 2023 onwards.

Nicholas Saweczko pursued their Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Astrophysics at the University of Calgary from 2017 to 2023.
