Rusalina Eide Somby

Rusalina Eide Somby has extensive work experience in various roles within the offshore HR sector. Rusalina Eide began their career at LS Chartering in 2010, where they worked in vessel operations. In 2012, they joined Dolphin Geophysical as a Crew Coordinator and later became a Crewing Supervisor. Rusalina Eide moved on to Dolphin Geophysical Bankruptcy Estate as a Crewing Supervisor in 2015. Then, in 2016, they joined Shearwater GeoServices as an HR Manager for the Seismic division. Rusalina Eide subsequently became the HR Manager for Europe and is currently serving as the Head of Offshore HR.

Rusalina Eide Somby attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2008 to 2009. Prior to that, they studied at the Baltic International Academy from 2002 to 2003 and at RISEBA University from 2001 to 2002. Their educational journey began at the Specialised Centre for Youth in collaboration with Secondary school, where they focused on law/police work studies from 1998 to 2001.
