Calla Kelly

Calla Kelly has a diverse work experience in various roles related to human resources, payroll, and management. Calla currently holds the position of Payroll Analyst Lead at Shearwater Health, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources and Payroll Generalist at Shearwater Health from March 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Shearwater Health, Calla had worked as a Payroll Specialist III at Louisiana-Pacific Corporation from July 2019 to March 2021. Calla also gained experience in human resources at PathGroup, where they held multiple roles including Human Resources Specialist from July 2018 to July 2019, Human Resources Coordinator from October 2016 to July 2019, and Payroll Generalist from March 2015 to July 2019.

During their early career, Calla worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC from November 2014 to March 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Leasing Professional at Greystar from October 2012 to August 2014 and as a Student Accounts Manager at Kenney Realty from July 2011 to September 2012.

Calla's work experience dates back to 2008, where they started as an Assistant Manager at Horizon Realty and Management and Corporate Housing.

Calla Kelly obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Austin Peay State University from 2005 to 2009. Calla also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the same institution during the same period. In addition, they hold additional certifications including the Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association, obtained in December 2016, and the National Apartment Leasing Professional certification from the National Apartment Association, obtained in 2014.
