Janki Patel

Janki Patel has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HRIS. Janki started their career as an HR Administrative Services Assistant at Envision Healthcare/AMSURG in June 2016. Janki then worked as an HR Coordinator from June 2017 to August 2020, and later as an HRIS Administrator from August 2020 to February 2021. Janki then joined naviHealth as an HRIS Analyst from March 2021 to December 2021 before moving on to HireRight as an HR Analyst from December 2021 to May 2022. Janki then worked as an HRIS Manager at American Health Partners, Inc. from June 2022 to March 2023. Currently, Janki is working at Shearwater Health as an Associate Director of HRIS, starting from March 2023.

Janki Patel completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management at Tennessee State University from 2012 to 2015. Janki has also obtained various certifications related to UKG, including open enrollment session configuration, manager tasks and outcomes, deductions and benefits business rules configuration, Cognos Analytics, workflow administration, security configuration, and others in the year 2023.
