Link Almon

Link Almon, CPP has extensive experience in payroll and HR operations. They started their career as an Accounting Analyst at RR Donnelley in 2002 and moved up to become a Payroll Supervisor/Acting Manager, where they handled payroll processing for a large number of employees. At Keystone Automotive, Link served as a Payroll Manager before joining HealthSpring, Inc. as a Payroll Manager. They then joined Cigna in 2010, where they held various roles including HR Operations Senior Specialist and Payroll Director. In these roles, Link was responsible for managing payroll operations, developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. Most recently, Link worked at The Cigna Group as an HR Operations Advisor - Payroll, where they coordinated HR and payroll activities with a third-party vendor. Currently, Link is working as the Vice President of Payroll at Shearwater Health.

Link Almon, CPP has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Samford University. Link also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. In addition to their educational qualifications, they have obtained certifications such as "15 Secrets Successful People Know about Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn and is a Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association, obtained in December 2010.
