Marianne Cidro

Marianne Cidro has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Marianne began their career as a Telemetry Nurse at Asian Hospital and Medical Center in 2009, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined EXL as a Nurse for a period of one year. Since 2014, Marianne has been working at Shearwater Health, starting as a Nurse Reviewer and later progressing to the roles of Team Leader, Program Manager, Operations Manager, and Onsite Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Account Management at Shearwater Health since August 2020.

Marianne Cidro earned a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from St. Paul University Manila, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Marianne has also obtained additional certifications in Data Analytics and Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn, with a completion year of 2023.
