Ryan Kelly

Ryan Kelly has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Ryan is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Workers' Compensation/Disability at Shearwater Health, where they lead a team of remote and onsite clinicians in improving healthcare outcomes using Six Sigma process excellence and RPA technology. Prior to this, Ryan was the Vice President of Business Development at Rising Medical Solutions, where they provided medical care management and cost containment services to clients in the workers' compensation, auto, liability, and group health markets. Ryan also held the position of Vice President at York Risk, where they established strategic direction for managed care services and significantly increased managed premiums during their tenure. Before joining York Risk, Ryan held positions of increasing responsibility at multiple companies.

Ryan Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from The Ohio State University. Ryan also attended Capital University Law School, although no specific degree or field of study is indicated.
