Tom Kendrot

Tom leads Shearwater Health by creating outcomes that position Shearwater as the preferred choice for clinical processes. He drives the growth strategy for new and existing client partners. Under his operational leadership, Shearwater has grown its Philippine delivery centers, and he continues to lead efforts in developing global relationships. Tom has been at Shearwater since 2012 and has served in the roles of President, COO, and CFO.

Prior to Shearwater, Tom has 20+ years of experience in the business services sector with a focus on outsourcing and consulting business. He served as Head of Corporate Development/Mergers & Acquisitions at Bearing Point. His additional experience includes portfolio manager roles at JP Morgan Investment Management, Pequot Capital, and Minot Capital. Tom earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Providence College.
