Ohad Avital

Ohad Avital is a seasoned technology and product leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and military sectors. Currently serving as Chief Product Officer at the AI Center of Sheba Medical Center since May 2025 and as a member of 8400 - The Health Network since September 2021, Ohad has a notable background in product development and innovation. Previously, Ohad held significant roles at Sweetch as Chief Product and Technology Officer and at ARC Innovation at Sheba, where responsibilities included founding the Nexus Group and leading a Startup Creation Program. Ohad's military tenure includes leading the Cyber Research and Development Branch at Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, effectively managing large teams and driving multiple R&D projects. Ohad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Computer Science from Reichman University.
