Vardit Shwartz

Vardit Shwartz is an experienced Project Manager at the ADAMS Center for Innovation & Digital Transformation at Sheba Tel HaShomer City of Health since November 2022, following a significant tenure as Head of Clinical Pharmacy Services at Assuta Medical Centers from August 2010 to October 2022. In this role, Vardit Shwartz focused on optimizing clinical pharmacist effectiveness through tailored infrastructure and data analysis, while also overseeing vocational guidance and clinical project management. Prior experience includes serving as an Academic Tutor at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, along with various positions as a Clinical Pharmacist at Sheba - Tel Ha Shomer Hospital and community service at Super-Pharm and Clalit Health Services. Vardit Shwartz holds advanced degrees in Clinical Pharmacy and Biology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv University.
