Deidre Martinez

Deidre Martinez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in membership development and admissions management. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Sheboygan County Chamber of Commerce since November 2017, Deidre has focused on fostering relationships within the community and promoting the benefits of chamber membership. Prior to this role, Deidre served as the Membership Development Manager at the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce, where responsibilities included engaging with business owners and ensuring member satisfaction. Deidre's background also encompasses admissions and marketing leadership positions at institutions such as the Cosmetology and Spa Academy and Colorado Technical University, where an emphasis was placed on team development, process implementation, and compliance. Academically, Deidre holds a Master’s degree in Leadership & Organizational Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lakeland University, along with a BSBA in Human Resource Management from Colorado Technical University.
