We look after development approval for you Regardless of where you're building, the development approval process can be both complex and time-consuming. To gain Council Approval for your project, you must submit a development application form, certificate of title, development application fees and a site plan. OR you can get ShedEx Fleurieu to do everything for you. We work with you from the design stage to completion, obtaining all the necessary approvals from your local council along the way. We make sure your building project is delivered on time, on budget and without any problems. All ShedEx Sheds can be provided in kit form with our plans so you can build it yourself.
