Jesse Payne

Jesse Payne is an experienced Senior Product Designer with a strong background in leading design and product strategy across various organizations. Currently at Fresha since October 2023, Jesse spearheads design initiatives within the Performance tribe for both B2B and B2C platforms. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer at Progression, where strategic product execution was a focus, and at PetsApp, where Jesse was a founding member and Head of Design. With founding experience at Personably, Jesse significantly increased app usage through innovative design solutions. Earlier positions at ASOS.com and ITV involved leading UX initiatives for high-traffic platforms, while initial design foundations were built at Havas Lynx Group. Jesse holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from The Manchester Metropolitan University and has pursued various educational opportunities in design and development.
