Jessica Marga Smith is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Manager at Fresha since October 2021, where responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with businesses to enhance their success on the platform. Previously, Jessica was a UX Design Student at the UX Design Institute from November 2020 to November 2021, gaining extensive knowledge in user-centered design. From September 2015 to September 2021, Jessica held the position of Student Experience/Onboarding and Operations Manager at Sassoon, overseeing global student bookings and contributing to significant enrollment growth. Earlier experience includes serving as a Salon Manager and Senior Stylist at Barry Alan from July 2011 to July 2015, where skills in hair styling, customer service, and team leadership were developed.
