Zoë Smale

Zoë Smale serves as the European Team Lead for Professional Services at Fresha since November 2023, leading teams across multiple countries and managing the entire onboarding process for new business accounts while ensuring operational excellence and high service standards. Prior to this role, Zoë was an Account Manager for ONEE Luxury Travel, holding that position from January 2020 to October 2023. Zoë has also worked as a Product & Partnerships Manager at Butterfield & Robinson Luxury Travel and held various roles ranging from European Sales Adviser to Compliance Analyst in other organizations. Zoë's educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and a Major in International Relations & Development from the University of Toronto - Trinity College, completed in 2015.
