Ricardo Sandoval

Ricardo Sandoval is a Designer 2 at Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects, where employment began in November 2021. Previously, Ricardo served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois Chicago, assisting graduate students with design tutorials and workshops. Collaborative work as an Architectural Associate included a master plan project for two campus buildings, focusing on interior redesign and landscape considerations. As an Instructor at Northeastern Illinois University, a pilot program was developed to introduce Chicago Public School students to architecture. Early career experience as a Draftsman at CAMESgibson involved documenting existing homes and creating design plans from field measurements. Ricardo holds both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago, earned between 2013 and 2021.
