Tom Kowalkowski

Tom Kowalkowski has extensive experience in IT support and customer service roles, currently serving as an IT Technician at Sheehan Nagle Hartray Architects since May 2019. Prior to this position, Tom worked at Illinois State University in various capacities, including Student Grader for the Introduction to Computer Graphics class and Student Technician in the College of Education, where professional technology support was provided to faculty and staff. Additional experience includes a role as Hourly Associate at Panera Bread, where training new employees was a key responsibility. Tom also served as Webmaster for the Illinois State University Interfraternity Council and completed an IT Support Specialist Summer Internship at USDA, supporting staff scientists on significant projects. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Illinois State University, with a foundational education from Lincoln Way West High School.
