Sadie Warner

Sadie Warner is an experienced customer experience specialist currently serving as the Consumer Advocacy Team Lead at SheerID since February 2022, where responsibilities include training client support staff and introducing customers to collaborative support processes. Previously held the role of Consumer Advocate at SheerID from January 2020 to January 2021, focusing on new client onboarding and ensuring smooth consumer journeys. Sadie also worked as a Rare Book Cataloger at Back of Beyond Books in 2016, where descriptions of rare books were created and uploaded online. Earlier in career, Sadie spent 18 years as Art Director at The Moab Times-Independent, contributing to the production of an award-winning weekly newspaper. Education includes studies in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Westminster University from 1998 to 1999.
