Gordon Hensley

Gordon Hensley has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gordon is currently the Chief Operating Officer at SRTX since May 2022, where they previously served as the VP of Operations starting in July 2021. Prior to that, from 2018, they worked at IMI Precision Engineering in the Operations - Americas role. Before that, they held positions at Dayco as the President of Global Belt Operations and Senior Vice President, where they implemented decentralized factory operations and led transformation efforts. Gordon also served as the Director of Global Engineering at Magna Powertrain, where they improved customer relations and profitability. At Gates Corporation, they held roles including Director of Powertrain Europe, Director of Operations, and Director of Automotive Modules, overseeing design, development, manufacturing, and sales strategies. Their early career at Ricardo Inc. included roles as Chief Engineer and Consultant, where they established a new Technology group and advised on alternative energy generation and product development cost reduction.

Gordon Hensley holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds. In 1995, they became a Chartered Mechanical Engineer through The Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Four years later, in 1999, they obtained the title of Chartered Engineer from the Engineering Council.
