Michael Buckley

Michael Buckley has extensive experience in the transportation industry, currently serving as the Local Chairman and Delegate for the SMART Transportation Division since January 2010, where Michael also holds the position of Chairperson for the Rail Passenger Caucus. Prior to this role, Michael Buckley undertook various leadership positions within the organization, including Secretary of the Local Committee of Adjustment and Treasurer. Concurrently, Michael Buckley has been employed at Amtrak since October 2004, contributing as both a Conductor and Lead Service Attendant. Michael Buckley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Temple University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
