Emily Sheetz is the Vice President of Strategy and IT at Sheetz since December 2013. With experience in various roles such as Associate Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and CFO at Knightsbridge Schools International, and Marketing Consultant at Sheetz. Emily holds a BS in Economics, Finance, and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, and completed their MBA from Columbia Business School. Emily also has experience in non-profit fairtrade certification, venture capital research, and corporate advisory services. Additionally, Emily has served on several boards and councils including Pittsburgh Technology Council, Coca-Cola Retailing Research Council, and Penn State School of Hospitality Management advisory board.
