Holly Whited is the GM of the New York/Tristate Region at Shef. Holly has over 10 years of experience in fitness and has been with Shef since August 2020. Holly has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan.

Holly's experience includes working as the Vice President of Instructor Licensing at 305 Fitness, where they were responsible for building frameworks, team and technology to scale nascent instructor licensing business into viable SaaS revenue stream. Holly was also responsible for designing, building and managing the team to support and grow all aspects of the licensing business; implementing frameworks to promote team satisfaction, growth and effectiveness. In addition, Holly devised and launched multi-tier structure of offerings to increase instructor LTV to $3k and lifespan to 3.5 years.

Holly's experience also includes acting as product manager for the creation and launch of a proprietary instructor app, achieving 90% adoption in less than 30 days; building and managing recruiting & sales team and supported other acquisition strategies, including ad agency management, achieving a blended CAC less than 5% of LTV; driving initiative to implement payment processing into instructor app as an additional revenue stream; working alongside legal team to implement terms of service, instructor agreement and all music licensing related negotiations to mitigate liability across the program and ensure 305 was in compliance with complex music streaming policies; discovering, analyzing and assisting integration of 3rd-party systems, building an effective tech stack

Holly Whited's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Abilene Christian University.
