Eula Martin

Eula Martin has been working at Sheffer Corporation since December 1999, starting as a Customer Service Representative and also providing IT Dept "Back-up" support. In their role, Eula processes customer requests, provides accurate information, keeps customers updated on their orders, maintains records, meets deadlines, works effectively with team members, and follows company policies. Eula also answers calls, maintains software in the IT Dept, and presents a professional image with all customers. Prior to Sheffer Corporation, Eula worked as a Bagger at Meijer from March 1997 to October 1997. Eula obtained a 2-year Completion Certificate in Computer Information Systems from Southern Hills Career Center in 1999.
