Lee Hooley Msyl

Lee Hooley MSyl currently serves as the Head of Security at Sheffield Forgemasters, a position held since April 2023. Previously, Lee held the role of Security Controller and earlier served as Security Operations Manager from April 2016 to April 2022. In these positions, Lee managed security operations and team dynamics, focusing on continuous improvement in daily operations and physical security. Lee also played a key role in staff training, emergency response, incident response, and stakeholder engagement at Sheffield Forgemasters.
